A subscription mail club, sometimes called a snail mail club, is a monthly subscription where you receive a carefully curated physical package delivered straight to your letterbox.

Whale Mail is a monthly marine biology subscription club for ocean lovers. Each month we shine light on a fascinating marine species through an educational letter, a beautiful art print, a mystery item and an exclusive sticker. 10% of the profits from your purchase goes straight to a nonprofit working to protect our ocean.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked and no cancellation fees.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription directly from your account:
- Log in to your account at My Account.
- Go to the Subscriptions tab.
- Click on the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel.
Your cancellation will take effect immediately, so you won’t be billed again going forward. If you need help, get in touch with us directly through our Contact page, and we’ll process your request within 3 working days and confirm it by email.
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
Yes! To pause your subscription, log in to your account, go to the Subscriptions tab, open your subscription, and click Pause.
When is my package sent out each month?
Packages are sent out by the 10th of each month. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery after the order has been sent.
When can I join?
You can sign up at any time. The mail for the current month will be sent to you, even if you sign up after the 10th of the month. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Note that an account is required to subscribe — you’ll be prompted to create one during checkout if you don’t already have one.
Can I gift a subscription to someone?
Absolutely! A subscription makes a beautiful gift. Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout and let us know if you want to add a personal note.
What happens if I never recieve Whale Mail?
If your mail hasn’t arrived after 4 weeks, please contact us at hello@zazzeraarts.com and we’ll help you sort it out.
Payments
How does billing work?
You’re billed automatically on the day you sign up, which covers the current month. After that, billing happens on the 1st of every month. Please make sure your card has sufficient funds on the billing date to avoid a failed payment. If you’d like to update your payment method, you can do so anytime by logging into your account.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes — all payments are processed securely. We never store your card details on our website.

Do I need an account?
Yes — an account is required to subscribe. Creating one lets you view your order history, track your billing dates, and manage or cancel your subscription all in one place.
How do I create an account?
Visit the My Account page on our website and click Register.
I forgot my password — what do I do?
Click “Lost your password?” on the My Account login page and we’ll send you a reset link by email.
International shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries with a few exceptions. We are currently not able to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Comoros, Haiti, Iran, Yemen, Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Mayotte, Montserrat, Palestine, Russia, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turks and Caicos.
VAT and taxes
Will I have to pay import taxes or customs fees?
Orders shipped outside Norway may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, handling fees, or other local charges. These fees are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are not the responsibility of the seller. Customs regulations vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any questions before ordering.
