How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription directly from your account:

1. Log in to your account at My Account.
2. Go to the Subscriptions tab.
3. Click on the subscription you want to cancel.
4. Click Cancel.

Your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you won’t be billed again going forward. If you need help, get in touch with us directly through our Contact page, and we’ll process your request within 48 hours and confirm it by email.

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

When is my package sent out each month?
Packages are sent out during the first week of each month. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery after the order has been sent.

When can I join?
You can sign up at any time. The mail for the current month will be sent to you, even if you sign up after the first week of the month. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Note that an account is required to subscribe — you’ll be prompted to create one during checkout if you don’t already have one.

Can I gift a subscription to someone?
Absolutely! A subscription makes a beautiful gift. Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout and let us know if you want to add a personal note.

Payments

How does billing work?
You are billed automatically each month on the same date you first subscribed. If you want to change your billing information or payment method, you can do so when logged into your account.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes — all payments are processed securely. We never store your card details on our website.

Do I need an account?
Yes — an account is required to subscribe. Creating one lets you view your order history, track your billing dates, and manage or cancel your subscription all in one place.

How do I create an account?
Visit the My Account page on our website and click Register. Make sure to use the same email address you use when placing your order so everything links up automatically.

I forgot my password — what do I do?
Click “Lost your password?” on the My Account login page and we’ll send you a reset link by email.

International shipping

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries with a few exceptions. We are currently not able to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Comoros, Haiti, Iran, Yemen, Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Mayotte, Montserrat, Palestine, Russia, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turks and Caicos.

VAT and taxes

Will I have to pay import taxes or customs fees?
Orders shipped outside Norway may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, handling fees, or other local charges.
