Refund & Returns Policy
At Zazzera Arts we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Mail Club Subscriptions
Due to the curated and personalised nature of our monthly mail subscriptions we are unable to offer refunds on shipped mail clubs. Each monthly package is uniquely prepared for that billing period.
However we will always make it right if:
- Your package arrives damaged — contact us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit
- Your package does not arrive within 21 days — contact us and we’ll investigate and resolve it for you
Individual Products (Art Prints & Other Items)
We offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order on individual product purchases, in accordance with Norwegian and EU consumer law.
To be eligible for a return your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of the date you received it
The following are not eligible for return:
- Personalised or custom made items
- Digital downloads
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We’ll respond with return instructions and the return address
- Ship the item back to us — please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item we’ll process your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 working days for the amount to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Cancellation Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. We’ll do our best to cancel it in time. Once an order has been dispatched it falls under our standard returns policy above.
